Join us for an evening of Vinyasa All Levels Yoga with Becca Alaimo from Release Well-Being Center!

Vinyasa Flow refers to the way this style of yoga keeps you moving from asana to asana, linking each pose to an inhale and an exhale to form one fluid sequence of movement. The variety of movements in a Vinyasa class means you will be working through your entire body to expand your range of motion, stabilization and strength. The constant motion and rhythmical poses will help you to connect the body and mind, calm your nervous system and help to relieve stress and anxiety. This class is perfect for all yoga practices and progressions will be offered for those looking for a more vigorous type of class.

This class is for adults (18 and over) of all levels of fitness and yoga experience. Attendance at a previous session is not required but you are welcome to attend multiple sessions! Please bring a yoga mat. Having a yoga block, water, and bug spray is strongly encouraged. Masks and social distancing are recommended for unvaccinated individuals. In event of inclement weather, the class will be rescheduled.
