Westborough’s Annual Town Meeting is scheduled to begin on Saturday, March 23 and all registered voters in Westborough can fully participate and vote. The Town Meeting will be held at the High School starting at 9am.

The Annual Town Meeting votes on budgets for all Town departments, capital spending by the Town, zoning bylaws, and other articles on the warrant. The complete warrant is posted online at the Town’s website:

The Town Moderator will be holding Office Hours in the Meeting Room of the Westborough Public Library to help voters prepare for the Town Meeting on:

● Tuesday, March 19 - 10:00 am to 11:30 am

● Tuesday, March 19 - 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

These meetings have no formal agenda. Voters are encouraged to drop in at any time during these meetings. With our Open Town Meeting form of government, the Town Meeting is our legislature and every voter acts as a legislator. Voters are encouraged to attend these office hours to learn more about the Town Meeting process, how they can prepare to participate, and the topics that will be acted upon at the Town Meeting. All are welcome whether you’re new to Town Meeting or an experienced Town Meeting voter.

These open forums are not a substitute for the deliberations that happen at the Town Meeting. Instead, these meetings are intended as an informal review and discussion of the Town Meeting process, what the voters can expect to act upon at the Town Meeting, and how every voter can participate.
