Give your feet a gentle workout with The Foot Gym!

Learn how to restore your foot health slowly and safely, without expensive orthotics and unnecessary surgeries. Natalia D. will teach you a simple Feet Fitness routine that you can do at home. You will discover how bad posture habits may be contributing to your foot issues and will get special postural exercises to improve your alignment. As an additional bonus, you may even become more upright!

You will be barefoot during the class. Please bring a yoga mat and a large bath towel.

Natalia Dashkovskaya is a Postural Alignment Specialist and a Nutritious Movementâ„¢ Certified Personal Trainer - Restorative Exercise Specialist. She is the owner of Upright Posture Fitness Studio in Hudson, MA, and has been teaching Foot and Knee Health classes for adults since 2015.
