Experience the calming power of movement and breath in our Slow Vinyasa Flow Program. This gentle yet dynamic yoga class is designed for those looking to build strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating mindfulness and relaxation.

What is Slow Vinyasa Flow?

Vinyasa yoga links breath with movement, creating a flowing sequence of poses. In this slower-paced class, transitions between poses are deliberate and mindful, allowing for greater focus on alignment, breath control, and the sensations of each movement.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or large towel, water, and an open mind!

Our instructor, Pauline Estey, graduated from the American Academy of Personal Training in June 2016, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She has been teaching yoga to children and adults at libraries and fitness centers since 2018.
