Come to a presentation to learn the basics of Medicare and the Open Enrollment period from the SHINE Program (Serving the Health Needs of Everyone). SHINE volunteers offer free, unbiased and confidential counseling on all aspects of Medicare and related health insurance programs to Medicare beneficiaries of all ages and their caregivers. They are certified by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs to provide information on Medicare A & B, Medigap insurance, Medicare Advantage plans, prescription drug plans, Medicaid (MassHealth), and other health insurance options.
